There are some simple tips you can have a try to fix this problem：
- Restart your iPhone or Force Restart (Hold both of power and home buttons to restart your iPhone).
- Log out your email account and then log in.
- Reboot your router.
- Reset Network Settings. (You can find by Settings > General > Reset)
- Send Again.
